Do I Really Need a Private Investigator?
Do I Really Need to Hire a Private Investigator?
If you suspect that your spouse may be having an affair, you need help with a child custody case or important matter the answer in most instances is, yes. You need to make sure that you can provide evidence to the court from an unbiased party that is not connected to the proceeding at hand. Usually, the evidence from a private investigator will come in the form of video taped evidence that is hard to dispute.
One of the pitfalls that people make when hiring a private investigator is that they sometimes go with a large firm that has to sub-contract your investigation out to a person that is learning the ropes of this profession. Another pitfall that consumers make is falling for tacky tag-lines or claims that they are the best. Did you know that there are actually private investigators that claim to be family law investigators or advocates for children that actually have a criminal back ground? Some of these people slip through the back ground checks and actually get a license. In order to protect yourself, have the investigator verify that they have no prior arrest records or disciplinary actions with the state licensing board. Also, require that your investigator provide you with a client agreement to protect you. Also, ask if your investigator provides you with a refund of any unused portion of your retainer. Did you know that there are investigators that require you to pay a non-refundable retainer, even if they get the evidence without using the entire retainer?
In summary, do not go to court alone. Having the right private investigator for the job makes all the difference. Remember, the other side may hire a private investigator as well.
If you find that you need the services of a private investigator that handles family law investigations then call the investigators at Trinity Investigations. Call us at 318-742-8857 or contact us by email at trinitypi@bellsouth.net.

Isn't it Strange?
Isn’t it Strange.....
Isn't it strange... How a 20 dollar bill seems like such a large amount when you donate it to church, but such a small amount when you go shopping?
Isn't it strange... How 2 hours seem so long when you're at church, And how short they seem when you're watching a good movie?
Isn't it strange... That you can't find a word to say when you're praying, but you have no trouble thinking what to talk about with a friend?
Isn't it strange... How difficult and boring it is to read one chapter of the Bible, but how easy it is to read 100 pages of a popular novel or ZANE GREY book?
Isn't it strange... How everyone wants front-row-tickets to concerts or games, but they do whatever is possible to sit in the last row at Church?
Isn't it strange... How we need 2-3 weeks to include a church event in our agenda, But we can adjust our schedule for other events at the last minute?
Isn't it strange... How difficult it is to learn a fact about God to share it with others; But how easy it is to learn, understand, extend and repeat gossip?
Isn't it strange... How we believe everything that magazines, tabloids and newspapers say, But we question the words in the Bible?
Isn't it strange... How everyone wants a place in heaven, But they don't want to believe, do, or say anything to get there?
Isn't it strange... How we send jokes in e-mails and they are forwarded right away, But when we are going to send messages about God, we think about it twice before we share it with others?
IT'S STRANGE ISN'T IT? Now that you've read this message, will you forward it to anybody That you consider a friend, family member or foe (enemy)

Christmas and Holiday Cheating Spouse Signs
Do you have a “gut” feeling or nagging sensation that your spouse may be unfaithful? Did you know that the holidays, especially Christmas may be a good time of the year to confirm your suspicions.
Since the lovers see this as a special time, they want to show their love for one another with a special gift. When they buy a gift for one another, they are special signs of their affection and can be costly.
Be sure to look for some of these signs:
1. Has your spouse made a withdrawal at the bank or ATM that can not be explained? (You may have to wait until you open the presents to verify this one)
2. Check for purchases on your credit card statements that you personally did not receive. i.e. a purchase at a jewelry store or lingerie store and you did not receive any such item.
3. Be sure to check to see if your spouse has hidden any gifts. One good hiding place is in their vehicle. If you find the gift, do not arouse their suspicions. Leave it there and see if they give that gift to you. Better yet, take a photograph of the item in case you need it to refresh their memory.
4. Did your spouse receive a gift that was personal or suggestive from a co-worker?
5. Any unexplained absences or starting a fight so they can stay away for an extended time?
6. Does your spouse encourage you to visit relatives without them?
7. Does your spouse go shopping for an extended period of time and come home empty handed?
If you answered yes to any of these indicators, then you may need the help of a private investigator to help you uncover the truth about your spouse’s unusual behavior. Once you learn the truth about your spouse, you can make informed decisions on how you want to move on with your life. In any event, you deserve the truth and we can help.

Families continue to search for missing loved ones from BossierStory by Fred ChildersBossier City, LA - KSLA -
Families of missing people from the Bossier area are hoping to heat up the search for their loved ones who have been missing for years. Darrell Wells has been missing for seven years, he was last seen the day after Christmas, leaving his parents house, in a red and primer colored pick up truck. "It seems like nothing is getting done," complains sister, Lacey Blair. She and her family have not given up hope. "I hope we can find him so my parents can have closure, if he is still alive he has a niece and a nephew," says Blair, who has traveled to Bossier City from the Northeast to ask Bossier City Police to re-release the original news release.
And the family of Clinton Nelson, whose been missing since September of 2006, has upped the reward recently. $12,500 is now available, in addition to the original $5000. "The family has come up with their own reward for just the location a verifiable location where Clinton might be," says The Nelson family's private investigator, Robert Weltz. He was hired to help keep the search moving. "It's important to keep that information in front of the public," says Weltz. Both families want the same thing, they want the ones they miss to not be forgotten. "I would like for them to know that there is a family that loves Clinton and wants to know where he's at," says Weltz. And ultimately, they want to be re-united with them.
